You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Business Verification

By using this App to manage business reviews, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to act on behalf of the business(es) you register. You agree to provide proof of business ownership or authorization upon request.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App to:

• Post or transmit any unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers or networks connected to the App

• Use the App for any fraudulent or illegal purpose

6. AI-Generated Content

The App provides AI-generated reply suggestions for customer reviews. While we strive to provide helpful and accurate suggestions, you acknowledge that:

• AI-generated responses are suggestions only and should be reviewed before posting
• You are solely responsible for any responses you post to customer reviews
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Honest Reviews and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our prior written consent.

9. Subscription and Payments

YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

11. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL HONEST REVIEWS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE APP; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE APP; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE APP; AND (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Honest Reviews and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Honest Reviews operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use the App after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
